By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

By using our Site, you confirm that:

2.3 Products & Customisation
BUD BUDA NEXA offers print-on-demand (POD) apparel and merchandise. Please note:
- All products are made to order. Once production begins, orders cannot be modified.
- Product colours on screen may vary slightly from the actual printed product due to monitor settings.
- Sizes are as per our size chart. Please refer to it carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect size selection by the customer.
- For customised or personalised products, no returns or exchanges are accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2.4 Pricing & Payment
All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or modify affected orders and notify the customer.
- Payments are accepted via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and COD (Cash on Delivery) where available.
- We do not store your payment card details. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.
2.5 Order Confirmation & Cancellation
An order confirmation email/message will be sent once your order is placed successfully. Orders can be cancelled only before they enter production. Once in production (typically within 24–48 hours of order placement), cancellation is not possible.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of products.
2.6 Intellectual Property
All designs, calligraphy artwork, product images, brand names (BUD BUDA, BUD BUDA NEXA, Maitreyi Collections), and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Maitreyi Collections. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any of our designs without written permission. Unauthorised use will be subject to legal action under the Copyright Act and Trademark Law of India.
2.7 User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Submit false information or impersonate any person
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site’s functionality
- Reproduce or resell our products without written authorisation
2.8 Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products and services are provided “as is”. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free service, or that products will meet your exact expectations. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
2.9 Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental restrictions, internet shutdowns, courier strikes, pandemics, or acts of God.
2.10 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
