Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Overview

BUDBUDA NEXA operates on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model. This means every product is custom-produced after your order is placed. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

3.2 Order Processing Time

Since all products are made-to-order:

  • Standard processing time: 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation
  • During peak seasons (Dussehra, Diwali, Ganesh Utsav, New Year) processing may take up to 8-10 business days
  • You will receive a WhatsApp/email notification once your order is dispatched with a tracking number.

3.3 Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:

  • Within Maharashtra: 3–5 business days (Detail address is mandatory).
  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days
  • Remote/hilly areas: 12–15 business days
  • Products are dispatched on every Wednesday and Sundays.

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier capacity, local holidays, natural events, or address-related delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner once the order is dispatched.

3.4 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹599
  • For orders below ₹599: A flat shipping charge of ₹70 will be applied at checkout
  • We do not provide Cash on Delivery services.

3.5 Courier Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners including (but not limited to) Delhivery, Shiprocket, Ecom Express, and India Post, depending on your delivery location and pin code serviceability.

3.6 Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via email or WhatsApp. You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking number. You can also contact us at contact@budbudanexa.com or WhatsApp us at 9823455135 for any order status update.

3.7 Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin) Orders

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery (3 attempts made by courier)
  • Customer refusal to accept the order

In such cases, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Refunds will not be applicable for RTO orders caused by customer error.

3.8 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your BUDBUDA purchase. Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

  • We urge you to order the exact size of T-shirt so there is no need to return. Returns are accepted only in case of damaged product received.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact
  • Defective products: Send photos to info@budbudanexa.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange replacement or full refund at no extra charge.
  • Before booking the T-shirt please go through our blogs for exact selection of T-shirt size.

3.9 Refund Process

Once a return is received and quality-checked:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
